Eddie’s Approach

  1. The company I buy will have my undivided attention. Unlike other buyers, I don’t have a portfolio of companies that I’m investing in. Rather, I seek to buy, lead, and grow one people-first business.

  2. You’ll work with me directly. I look forward to connecting further with you during site visits and staying in consistent communication while our lawyers work through the logistics. And then I’ll be the one jumping in to operate your company (not some appointed CEO you’ve never met).

  3. I’m interested in growing your business, not breaking it apart. Unlike other buyers that may fold your company into theirs and lay off many employees because of “synergies”, I’m interested in taking your business to the next level and growing with your existing team.

  4. I have a long-term investment horizon. My wife and I see this opportunity to move to wherever this acquisition takes us and put down roots as we prepare to start our family. I aim to build an enduring career leading and growing this business.
